Data we collect

When you share your story through the public form, we may collect the following data, always provided voluntarily by you:

Name or alias
Country
Favorite system or console
The text of your story
Links to your social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X), if you provide them
A link to an Instagram video, if you provide one
A profile photo, if you choose to upload one

We do not ask for or store your email or any other contact details through this form.

Purpose

The data is used exclusively to review and, where applicable, publish your story in the public Archive, showing the information you yourself choose to share.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your express consent when voluntarily filling in and submitting the form.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your story remains published in the Archive, or until you request its deletion.

Recipients and data processors

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. The data is stored on OVHcloud infrastructure, a company based in France (European Union), which acts as a data processor (hosting, database and image storage).

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (Google LLC) will process browsing data in aggregate form; see our cookie policy for more detail.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction of processing by writing to archivodeguardianes@gmail.com, indicating the alias or story you are referring to.

Minors

This site is not aimed at minors under 14. We do not knowingly request or collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to adapt to legal changes or changes to the Archive itself.
